We all have stories to tell, some wonderful and inspiring, some dark and sad. Regardless, our stories define us and often mold us into the face we present to the world each day.
Healing Through Memoir is an interactive two-day writing/energy workshop that uses guided imagery, meditative exercises, and applied energy work to help participants touch "the bones" of their own stories. As we reach in and touch the process of our own self-discovery, we begin to release old fears and dissolve stagnant energy in order to realign with our life focus and purpose.
This workshop is open to all skill levels and writing ability. Additional class materials will be provided.
Because this is an interactive workshop, class size is limited to fifteen (15) participants.
